Before You Reach Out

To help us provide the most useful response, consider including the following in your message:

  • Your approximate travel dates or season
  • Regions of the United Kingdom you're considering
  • Your primary interests (history, nature, culture, food, etc.)
  • Whether you've visited Britain before
  • Any specific questions about our services

The more context you provide, the more tailored our initial response can be.

Prefer to Start Immediately?

You can also submit a service request directly through our main page. This initiates the planning process and allows us to begin researching your specific interests right away.

Common Questions

How far in advance should I contact you?

Ideally, reach out at least four to six weeks before your travel dates. This allows time for thoughtful planning and any necessary bookings. However, we can often accommodate shorter timelines depending on our current workload.

Do you charge for initial consultations?

No. Brief email exchanges to determine if our services suit your needs are complimentary. Once you select a specific service and we begin detailed planning work, our standard pricing applies.

Can you help with bookings?

We provide detailed booking guidance and can sometimes facilitate introductions, but we don't act as a booking agent. Our role is planning and recommendation; you maintain control over reservations and payments.

Do you work with group travel?

Yes, though our approach works best for small groups (up to eight people) where interests overlap reasonably well. Larger groups or those with divergent preferences may find standard tour operators more suitable.
